Building Office Auditing
Template Building - CodeXcellence, Inc., will collaborate with Providers to build a template that is compliant with CMS documentation guidelines as well as accurately representing the Medical Necessity of the visit. This will include creating smart phrases and evaluation and management code level templates.

Software recommendations - CodeXcellence, Inc., will collaborate with office management and staff to make the best recommendations for software based on the size of the office and auditing needs.

Manual Auditing Tools - CodeXcellence, Inc., will distribute supplies for manual auditing.
